Mom/Dad Mother’s Day Father’s Day birthday gift customizes sign with names

This personalized gift for mom is great for Mother's day, birthdays or any other occasion.

Our signs are fully customizable. The word MOM can be changed to another word such as GRANDMA, NANA, MAMA, or another option. Please choose from the drop down accordingly. 

-PERSONALIZATION-
Include the names with EXACT spelling in the order to be used on the signs in the personalization box.

A swirl is used on the first and last letter of each line. A heart separator is used between each of the names. Up to 8 names can be added. The length of the names will determine the font size and number of lines. Up to 2 lines may be used for the names.

This signs made of 17.75"x 5.5"x .5" birch plywood. The sign is stained your color choice on all sides for a nice clean finish. The words MOM (or any other replacement ) is applied first using 1/8 inch MDF painted board. The Personalized Names are applied on the top layer using 1/8 inch MDF painted board. No hardware is included.

Each item is handmade. There may be slight differences or imperfections on each handmade item. The woodgrain and stain may vary on each piece.
